THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced consultant who is not just looking for a job, but for a platform to build something of their own.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead complex client engagements, from compliance investigations to crisis management, while playing a key role in the company’s growth. You will not be a cog in a machine; you will be a key architect of our future.
This role is designed for someone who can execute high-level projects with precision, but also has the commercial drive to identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of client engagements, managing the full lifecycle from proposal to final delivery. This includes investigations, due diligence, corporate security, and crisis response.
- Conduct on-the-ground inquiries, interviews, and desktop research to support client objectives.
- Identify gaps in the market or our service offerings. If you have a specific expertise or niche that we do not currently offer, you will be given the mandate to spearhead and develop that service line.
- Provide guidance to junior employees and ensure rigorous quality control on all client deliverables before they reach the client.
- Actively nurture relationships with existing clients and leverage your network to generate new business.
- Deliver high-stakes findings directly to C-suite stakeholders and Boards with confidence and clarity.
- Lead the development of commercial proposals and project scopes.
Mandatory
- Native or equivalent Business Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Criminology, Engineering).
- 7+ years of experience in a risk consulting, investigations, or corporate security discipline, preferably within a professional services firm.
- A demonstrated ability or strong aptitude for business development and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred
- An established network within the business community in China.
- Specific expertise in a niche risk area that complements our existing portfolio (e.g., Cyber Governance, Supply Chain Auditing, Digital Forensics).
- Relevant professional certifications in risk management, investigations, or security.
WHAT WE OFFER
• A competitive salary package including a bonus structure for business generation.
• The opportunity to build and lead your own service practice within the firm.
• 9:00 – 17:00 working hours.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated consultant who is eager to tackle a diverse mix of operational fieldwork and analytical research.

This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, operationally sharp, and ready to manage their own cases while supporting senior staff on complex projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and conduct client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery. This may include investigations, due diligence, corporate security, and crisis response.
- Conduct on-the-ground inquiries, interviews, and desktop research to support client objectives.
- Produce comprehensive reports and present findings to clients and senior colleagues with clarity and precision.
- Support business development efforts and help maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and project scopes.
Mandatory
- Native or equivalent Business Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Criminology, Engineering).

- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex local issues to an international audience.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
Preferred
- Experience in sales or business development is considered a merit.
- Relevant professional certifications in risk management, investigations, or security.
- Familiarity with research techniques, corporate registries (e.g., business registration checks), litigation databases, and public record research methods.
WHAT WE OFFER

• A supportive environment where you are given responsibility from day one and can develop your career in the international risk industry.
• 9:00 – 17:00 working hours.

Our compliance-driven due diligence assesses clients’ counterparties (e.g., M&A targets, suppliers, key executives) to identify reputational, legal, or commercial risks.
As a Researcher, your main task will be to review, analyse, and report findings using public records and databases. You will work to make sense of complex corporate structures and identify “the needle in a haystack.” A meticulous eye for detail is a must in this role.

- Produce clear, analytical, and professional reports in English, enabling clients to make informed decisions based on verified facts.
- Perform volume-driven due diligence using a wide range of public records, corporate registries, and databases.
- Analyse complex information to identify red flags, such as regulatory non-compliance, conflict of interest, or past litigation, and compile these findings into evidence-based summaries.
- Ensure that research is delivered on time and meets our rigorous quality standards.
