What are the most common reasons why a conflict arises in comparison to our task and work environment. Conflict management, communication and handling. How do we develop a calming behaviour pattern and how can I act to avoid or minimize the risk for the conflicts to arise. A practical state of alert to take action. We practice with the participants in a realistic environment and teach them how to act and deal in a situation of conflict. An experience that has been previously trained gives the individual a highly increased ability to identify and deal with a conflict situation, which heavily reduces the negative effects that such an event might otherwise have. We have the experience to educate all different corporate levels and public sector, nationally as well as internationally. |
